Business Transfers: In the event that SunNet involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you services or with tools and account settings to access or modify the information you provided to us and associated with your account.

• SunNet reviews our information collection, storage and processing practices to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
• SunNet restrict access to your information to SunNet employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
• SunNet performs security scan from every major release.
