Account Manager
Currently, SunNet is seeking a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and build trust with clients, be direct and become a valued resource for them.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your leads
- Build and maintain strong, long‐lasting client relationships
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with president to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services
- Targeting specific businesses & industries
- Handling objections & closing the “right” engagements
- Meeting assigned sales goals for bringing in new business to the company
- Conducting personal lead generation activities as required to fill the pipeline with new name opportunities and attain sales quotas
- Managing the sales process including developing, qualifying and managing the prospect through the sales cycle
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Sales experience
- Track record as Account Manager or other relevant experience in a rapidly growing client relationship highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client‐focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Personable, outgoing and positive personality
- Natural relationship building skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving ability
- Able to work with a wide range of people
- Experience in software development a plus
- Good organizational skills and follow through
Compensation:
- Salary + Commission
