Account Manager

Currently, SunNet is seeking a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and build trust with clients, be direct and become a valued resource for them.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your leads
  • Build and maintain strong, long‐lasting client relationships
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with president to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services
  • Targeting specific businesses & industries
  • Handling objections & closing the “right” engagements
  • Meeting assigned sales goals for bringing in new business to the company
  • Conducting personal lead generation activities as required to fill the pipeline with new name opportunities and attain sales quotas
  • Managing the sales process including developing, qualifying and managing the prospect through the sales cycle

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years Sales experience
  • Track record as Account Manager or other relevant experience in a rapidly growing client relationship highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client‐focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Personable, outgoing and positive personality
  • Natural relationship building skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving ability
  • Able to work with a wide range of people
  • Experience in software development a plus
  • Good organizational skills and follow through

Compensation:

  • Salary + Commission
