Please send purchase order to cs@sunnet.us 'cc' to lesslie@sunnet.us When generating a Purchase Order, it must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-5353 on your purchase order. You may use your organizations’ purchase order form.

 

Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty

  • 30-Day free trial guarantee for Supplemental Report and PAR Report. Free trial does not apply to Biennial Report Subscription. * HUB TX offers a 30 days free trial for HUB TX SAAS subscription, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your subscriptions and need to terminate the subscription, you can terminate it within 30 days and you will not have any payment obligation.
  • HUB TX application uptime guarantee is 98% (excluding normal patching and maintenance hours).

 

SERVICES LEVEL AGREEMENT :

General services level agreement to all clients

  • Regular response time: Work submitted between the business hours of 9:00am- 4:00pm, will receive a response within eight (8) business hours.
  • Emergency Support lines:
    • Emergency line during work hour: 713-783-8886 ext. 111
    • Emergency line after work hour 713-360-9898 and leave a message.
  • System uptime: 99.9%
  • Working with an experienced staff with extensive knowledge of HUB TX
  • Using SunNet PM which allow customers to log in, create tickets, and monitor statuses
  • Provide customer support and guarantee a response time within 3 business hours
  • Free customer support
  • Free training
  • Free upgrade for the modules which have been purchased
  • Emergency: Emergency defect will be started immediately upon received.
  • High: High level defect will be started within one business day after received
  • Medium: Medium level defect will be started within three business days after received
  • Low: Low level defect will be started based on resources availability schedule

 

Return Policy

You have 30 free days from the purchase date. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to HUB TX.

Subscription cancellation can be requested via web https://sunnet.us/contact-us-houston-texas-tx Your subscription (company account and all user accounts) will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use the subscription.
